Technical Lead (SR. SRE)

The SRE Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems and services.

• Develop scripts and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks and incident responses.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve reliability issues.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed.
• Analyze incidents and outages to drive root cause analysis and implement preventive automation.

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related automation roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, etc.).
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
